STEVIE NICKS

I am thrilled at the opportunity to create for other creatives.  Brooke Boling is one of them.  She is the heartbeat behind Honor Creative (honorcreative.com) and an extraordinary photographer.  She has an insane eye for design, in all it’s forms. I was equally flattered and intimidated when Brooke contacted me to do a mural of Stevie Nicks in her home. The initial plan was to paint straight on the wall, but Brooke, being the visionary she is, called me with the idea of hanging loose canvas on a rod.  Brilliant.  I tacked the 9x6 foot fabric to a wall in my studio and used acrylic wash to create a minimal, almost vintage vibe.
